Contract Staffing
A common choice for clients that are looking to complete a specific project by a specific date but don’t necessarily need someone to come on the team later down the road.
Contract to Hire
A common avenue for clients that want the “try before you buy” option. Typically, these arrangements last 6+ months on a contract before they are converted to a full-time employee of the client.
Permanent Placement
This is exactly what it sounds like, our customer interviews a pool of candidates and decides to hire directly from us for a one-time percentage fee of the first years’ salary.
