| Scott Chaplin Is a
US Army veteran and is President of GenTech Associates.
Scott has over 18 years of experience in the financial
management, accounting, government, and professional
services industries. His experience within these markets
has allowed him to formulate solutions that improve
operation effectiveness. Additional experience includes
systems testing, architecture, system’s integration,
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)packages, military
pay, auditing; government planning and budget execution;
database analysis and development, forecasting and
business planning; training development and
implementation; corporate and personal tax preparation;
and personnel management.
Before co-founding GenTech, he was a vice president
for a national consulting firm and a senior practice
manager for a global “Big Five” accounting and
consulting firm. There he focused on federal financial
management and related systems for several federal
agencies.
Scott earned a BS from Univ. of the State of N.Y. in
Albany; a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in
Indianapolis, Indiana, and is a Doctoral candidate from
Madison University. Additionally, Mr. Chaplin is a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) |
