GenTech is built on brainpower and people power. Integrity and ingenuity. Our people are the guy-next-door accountants, the straight-laced listeners, the technical dreamers. We find motivation in a challenge, energy in a new system and celebration in our client’s achievements. Since 2005, we’ve helped government agencies improve capabilities, eliminate inefficiencies and simplify processes across accounting, management and technology functions.

What We Believe

Our mission at GenTech is to always provide the best solutions to meet our client’s needs, without sacrificing transparency and without cutting corners. Our assessments are unapologetically honest, so our strategies can be unquestionably effective. We find excellence in empowering your success.

In our eyes, clients are partners. We value loyalty, integrity and consistency, in ourselves and in those we work with. Our focus is building new systems and new relationships. We want to help you meet your objectives, not just today, but for years to come.

We believe there’s no problem that can’t be solved with creative-thinking, able skill and a good pair of blue jeans. We are committed to continually evaluating and improving our products and services, to better provide our clients with cutting-edge solutions and innovative processes. As our industry evolves, so will we.

Our Commitment to Diversity

GenTech joins the world in celebrating and embracing diversity.

We cannot remain silent in the face of the suffering of others. Racism, oppression, privilege, inequity, exclusivity, injustice, prejudice, stereotyping, discrimination, and indifference hurts us all and must be opposed and defeated. We must speak for those without a voice.

Our human capital is the most valuable asset we have. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, inventiveness, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities, and talent that our employees invest in their work represents a significant part of not only our culture but our reputation and company’s achievement as well.

Here at GenTech we embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique.

All employees of GenTech have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the worksite, and at all other company-sponsored and participative events. Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives should seek assistance from your Manager or Human Resources.

There is equal room for everyone at GenTech. Racial injustice and violence have no place here. We can make this world a better place, but only if we work together.
